2019 Reserve Cabernet Franc

Well, what can we say about this bottle that hasn’t been said before? It’s been one of the all-
time favorites since the first vintage we released—the 2007—and has only gained a bigger,
more loyal following since. This varietal, often referred to as the softer side of Cabernet
Sauvignon, is anything but the traditional definition of soft. This vintage is strong, structured,
sturdy and bold but not without it’s more delicate nuances as needed to create a well-balanced
wine. This has the deep plum fruit, slight herbaceous notes and vanilla nuances—lots going on.
Decant it or open ½ hour prior to sipping for maximum enjoyment. Pairs well with Beef
Wellington, Duck Confit Truffle Fettuccine or Gnocchi a la Gorgonzola. Hurry--reorder soon--goes to the Library then sells out!
