Tough to follow that 2020 Cabernet with its showy 91 points from Wine Enthusiast but we did it AND beat it! Wine Enthusiast awarded the 2021 Cab 92 points & "Best Buy!"

Blended with 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and about 10% Merlot, the wine was aged in French oak and showcases cedary overtones supported by the round mid-palate body and tingly tannins on the edge of the finish. Entry exhibits soft earthtones on the nose with hints of cherry, blueberry and a vanilla-oak softness. Medium to full-bodied the wine reveals wonderful fruit ripeness supported by richness and a slightly chewy core. Awesome Fall wine, versatile and crowd-pleasing! Serve this alongside your hearty chili bar on a cool Fall evening!
